Madie is ready for summer! 

Today we thought we'd give Madie something other than rice cereal. So, we gave her some carrots. Yum. 

Here is the aftermath of her first encounter with carrots. She wasn't sure what to think of them. 

Last weekend we went to visit some friends and family up in Bradford. As usual, we had a blast and some great times. Here's shot of us on the bridge at Beechwood during a sunny Saturday morning walk.

Madie got a good view of the Bradford High game from Pap's lap. 

Bradford High played a team from the Pittsburgh area in the state playoffs and won. It was a great game to watch.

Madie had her four month pediatrician checkup yesterday. She's very tall for her age, (26") which puts her in the 95th percentile for height. However, her weight (13lbs 10oz.), is average. There was some concern with Madie's hips and the doctor wanted to have them x-rayed because he heard a "click" when checking them. The x-rays were taken, which Madie hated, and everything came back normal.
